You can speak to one of our Customer Service Officers between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Friday. We have an after-hours service outside these hours and on public holidays for emergency situations.

Attending in person?

As a condition of entry, in line with the NSW Government Health Order Division 5, Section 2.18 if you are 16 or over you are required to produce valid proof of your vaccination on entry:

2.18 Premises closed to unvaccinated adults: (1) The occupier of the following premises in the general area must take reasonable steps to ensure that an unvaccinated adult is not on the premises— NSW Government Gazette 4 October 2021 Page 13 Public Health (COVID-19 General) Order 2021 [NSW] Part 2 Directions applying to general area
(a) higher risk premises,
(b) business premises that are hairdressers, spas, nail salons, beauty salons, waxing salons, tanning salons, tattoo parlours or massage parlours,
(c) recreation facilities (indoors),
(d) public swimming pools,
(e) information and education facilities,
(f) retail premises, but not critical retail premises.

In this clause—higher risk premises means the following—
(a) entertainment facilities,
(b) recreation facilities (major),
(c) hospitality venues,
(d) places of public worship,
(e) premises at which a significant event is being held, other than a small funeral or memorial service or small wedding service.

Valid proof includes:

  • an Australian government online immunisation history statement
  • a COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register
  • information displayed on the Service NSW mobile phone application
  • a medical contraindication certificate issued to the person

Wearing of masks by those 12 and over will also be required.
