Themeda Grassland on Seacliffs and Headlands is a structure that is typically a closed tussock grassland, but may be open shrubland or open heath with a grassy matrix between shrubs. Themeda australis is the dominant grass species in the community with scattered scrubs which may include Pimelea linifolia, Banksia integrifolia, and Acacia myrtifolia. These and other woody species often have dwarf growth forms.

This community can be found at Long Reef Headland, Narrabeen Headland, Turimetta Headland and Mona Vale Headland.
