Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is located on Lake Park Road in North Narrabeen and overlooks the Narrabeen Lagoon. Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park comprises both community land owned by Northern Beaches Council, and Crown land reserved for Public Recreation. As the owner of the park, Council has a responsibility to maintain the site including accommodation buildings and associated amenities and facilities. Northern Beaches Council (Council) is inviting tenders for the following scope of works; 1. All preliminaries to complete the works 2. Site Establishment and de-establishment during the works 3. Northern Amenities Works includes; a. Redecoration of the external elevations and balcony finishes b. Repair damaged balcony and guardrail finishes c. Replacement of corroded fixings d. Internal redecoration (only) of the kitchen, laundry, children's bathroom and accessible toilet 4. Ensuite Campsite (4 of) Works includes; a. Redecoration of the external elevations and balcony finishes of the ensuite buildings (4 of) b. Repair damaged balcony and guardrail finishes 5. Redecoration of the Northern and southern camp kitchen painted surfaces; 6. Reception Building Works includes; a. Redecoration of the reception area b. New carpet flooring to the reception area c. Replace reception desk benchtops and new dado rail panelling d. Lighting replacement 7. Installation of campsite mesh to 111 sites. 8. Regrade 28 campsites to prevent ponding and install campsite mesh. Due to occupancy rates, the works period to the cabins is restricted to 1 July 2020 to 25 September 2020. The Northern amenities building can be completed by 1 October 2019. Access to the Northern amenities building internally will need to be maintained during the works period, so the works will likely need to be staged to maintain access via the two (2) sets of entry doors.
